Year-over-year data shows that Blaze scholars outperform local and national averages in mathematics and reading.  Scholars and educators routinely measure progress to ensure each child reaches his or her full academic potential.

Scholars take three different assessments three times a year (ERB Milestones and CTP, IXL Diagnostic, released STAAR). The results of these measures provide both the scholar and educator a full picture of what a scholar already knows, so that students and teachers are able to set a benchmark and track progress toward mastery of new learning objectives. Scholars work with their teachers to set goals based on this important information, and taking ownership of their learning is highly motivating.
